Find Your Orbit. Find Your Calm. — FAQ

Shipping & delivery

Free shipping on US orders, no minimum purchase. Our supplier estimates 1–3 days processing for most orders, plus 3–7 days delivery after shipment. Some orders take longer; estimates are not guarantees.

Materials & care

Celesta Spin is stainless steel with vintage, unisex styling and no inlaid stones. Steel grade, nickel content and plating status are unverified. We do not guarantee waterproofing, hypoallergenic properties or no tarnishing. Sensitivities vary; check verified material information before buying if you have a known metal allergy. Stop wearing if irritated. Wipe with a soft cloth; if needed use lukewarm water and mild soap, rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasives and harsh chemicals; remove before swimming or showering as a precaution.

Sizing & the spinner

Available in whole US sizes 6–11. 2.2mm refers to wall thickness, not band width or ring size. Choose a comfortable fit that passes over the knuckle with gentle resistance without slipping off; do not choose a loose fit just for spinning. Contact us if unsure. If spinner becomes stiff, do not force or pry it. Gently clean and dry; if unresolved contact tracycelestaspin@zohomail.com with order number and description or short video. No lifetime spin or automatic replacement guarantee.

Returns & mindful moments

Request returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged rings in original packaging with proof of purchase. Customer pays change-of-mind return shipping; contact tracycelestaspin@zohomail.com for instructions first. Damaged/incorrect orders: email promptly with photos and order number; we cover required return shipping. Free exchanges are not promised. Celesta Spin is jewelry, not an anxiety treatment or medical device. Enjoy as an optional mindful cue, not a replacement for professional care.
