Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders shipped within the United States, with no minimum purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Our supplier estimates 1–3 days to process most orders, followed by 3–7 days for delivery after shipment. Some orders take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

What is Celesta Spin made of?

Celesta Spin is stainless steel, with vintage, unisex styling and no inlaid stones. Steel grade, nickel content and plating status have not been verified. We do not guarantee waterproofing, hypoallergenic properties or permanent resistance to tarnishing.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Individual sensitivities vary. Stainless steel can contain nickel. If you have a known metal allergy, request verified material information before buying and consult your healthcare professional. Stop wearing the ring if irritation occurs.

How do I care for my ring?

Wipe with a soft cloth. If needed, use lukewarm water and a little mild soap, rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals. As a precaution, remove the ring before swimming or showering.

What does 2.2mm mean?

The supplier lists a 2.2mm wall thickness. This is not band width or ring size.

What sizes are available?

Celesta Spin is available in whole US sizes 6–11. Choose a comfortable fit that passes over your knuckle with gentle resistance without slipping off easily. Do not choose a loose fit just for spinning. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure or between sizes.

Is it unisex?

Yes. Celesta Spin has unisex styling. Choose the size that fits the finger where you plan to wear it.

What if the spinner becomes stiff?

Do not force or pry the band. Gently clean and dry the ring. If the issue continues, email tracycelestaspin@zohomail.com with your order number and a description or short video. We do not promise lifetime spin performance or automatic free replacements.

Does it treat anxiety?

No. Celesta Spin is jewelry, not a medical device or treatment. You may enjoy it as something for your hands to do or a cue for a mindful pause. It does not replace professional care.

Can I return it if the size is wrong?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unworn, undamaged ring in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Email tracycelestaspin@zohomail.com before sending anything and wait for return instructions. Free exchanges are not promised.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email tracycelestaspin@zohomail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will help resolve the issue and cover any required return shipping.
