Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Order processing
Our supplier estimates processing takes 1–3 days for most orders. Some orders may take longer before shipment.

Delivery
After shipment, estimated delivery is 3–7 days through the supplier’s USPS+ shipping method. Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and delays may occur.

Shipping charges
Any shipping charges payable by you will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delayed, lost, or damaged orders
If your order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact tracycelestaspin@zoho.com with your order number so we can help investigate and resolve the issue.
